To subscribe to any of our services, it is necessary that we have your original signature on file.
Please print this page, fill it out and fax to 860-354-1137 or 860-488-9026. We will setup an account for you and send you your FTP login information via email. For your first month, we will prorate your charge from the day we setup your account until the end of the month. Your credit card will then be charged on the last day of each month for the next month's service. If you prefer, you may mail the completed form to the address below. You are only committing to one month of service at a time. Cancellation Policy: Please send an email to support@wallstreetpricing.com AT LEAST 3 market days prior to the end of the month. Please include your full name and address and phone number in your email. |
